Itinerary

Day 1:  – Udaipur
Tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic/International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and fly to Udaipur along with Veena World Tour Manager. Upon arrival they will proceed to hotel. Udaipur – also known as the City of Lakes, is famous for its stunning palaces, serene lakes, and rich cultural heritage.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own. The transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the (J&L) guests.
Later we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.

Day 2: Udaipur sightseeing
Today morning we visit Moti Magri – also known as Pearl hill which overlooks the Fateh Sagar Lake. It’s time to explore Udaipur city, we visit City palace – an architectural marvel. Then we enjoy boat ride to Jag Mandir – palace built on island in Lake Pichola. Later we have free time for shopping. In the evening, we enjoy a traditional music and dance show.

Day 3: Udaipur – Chittorgarh – Pushkar
Today we proceed to Chittorgarh. We visit Chittorgarh Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of bravery. Here we will see Ranakumbha Palace – where founder of Udaipur Maharana Udai Singh was born, Meera Mandir – was once the home of famous bhakti poetess Meerabai, Vijay Stambha – victory monument constructed by Mewar king to commemorate victory over Mahmud Khilji and Queen Padmini’s Palace – located amidst water bodies. Today you have a chance to get yourself clicked in Rajasthani outfit. Later we proceed to Pushkar – one of the oldest cities with heritage, culture, and warmth rolled into one panoramic landscape.

Day 4: Pushkar – Jaipur
Today we visit Brahma Mandir – one of very few existing temples dedicated to the Hindu creator-God Brahma which was built in 14th century, followed by visit to Pushkar Tirth. Later we proceed to Jaipur. En route we visit Kishangarh – Kashmir of Rajasthan.

Queens, get ready for more fun today! Dress up in your best attire and flaunt your style. Fulfil your long time wish of walking the ramp. You never know, the crown may be yours! But wait. Celebration doesn’t end here, a delicious dinner accompanied with a glass of Mocktail/Soft Drink will be waiting for you ahead. Also don’t miss the golden opportunity to dance on trending Bollywood songs post dinner.

Day 5: Jaipur
Today we explore Jaipur City. We visit Hawa Mahal – the palace of winds, Jantar Mantar – A UNESCO World Heritage site also an astronomical marvel, and City Palace – the royal residence, known for its architectural blend of Indian, Mughal, Rajput and European styles. Later we visit Panna Meena ka Kund and Amer Fort – known for its Mughal influenced artistic style. Later we have free time for shopping at Bapu Market. In the evening, we enjoy sound and light show at Amer Fort.

Day 6: Jaipur Departure
After Morning Breakfast check out from the Hotel and Proceed to Jaipur Evening Drop at Jaipur Airport / Railway Station with Onwards Journey.

  • Meals as specified in the itinerary including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Transportation for transfers and sightseeing via private or shared vehicles.

  • Entry fees for museums, parks, monuments, cultural sites, and activities mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Assistance with travel documents, permits, and visa arrangements required for the journey.

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, phone calls, and other personal items.
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, loss of belongings, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Optional activities or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Airfare or transportation to/from the starting and ending points of the journey.
  • Charges incurred due to delays, rescheduling, or cancellations beyond Periyatra’s control.
  • Visa fees required for entry into different countries or regions not included in the itinerary.
  • Travel insurance, unless arranged separately by the traveler.
  • Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff.
  • Meals not specified in the itinerary or meals outside of the scheduled times.

  • Terms and Conditions
    1. Booking and Payment
      • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Periyatra package.
      • The remaining 50% must be cleared before the commencement of the journey.
    2. Cancellation Policy
      • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a 75% refund.
      • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to travel will receive a 50% refund.
      • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date.
    3. Itinerary Changes
      • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, roadblocks, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
      • Any additional costs arising from changes in the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.
    4. Health and Fitness
      • Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the journey.
      • Travelers are advised to carry necessary medical supplies and ensure they are medically fit before undertaking the journey.
    5. Travel Documents
      • Travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) for verification during the journey.
      • Any personal documents required for travel entry must be submitted on time.
    6. Accommodation and Services
      • Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis in pre-booked hotels/camps as per the itinerary.
      • Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, or optional activities will be borne by the traveler.
    7. Liability
      • Periyatra and its representatives will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury during the journey.
      • Travelers are advised to have their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies and loss of belongings.
    8. Force Majeure
      • In case of natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances, Periyatra packages may be altered or postponed.
      • Travelers will be informed promptly, and adjustments will be made accordingly, without any compensation for delays caused.
    9. Code of Conduct
      • Travelers must adhere to a respectful and disciplined behavior during the journey.
      • Any inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
    10. Photography and Media
    • The use of personal cameras or photography equipment is permitted, but travelers must obtain prior permission for professional filming or photography.
    1. Final Decision
    • The final decision regarding the smooth operation of the journey, itinerary adjustments, and services will be at the discretion of Periyatra and its tour leaders.
