Itinerary

Day 1: – Munnar trip
Arrive at Kochi international airport or the railway station and we will meet you to welcome you to Kerala. Reach Munnar to enjoy the beautiful tea and coffee plantations, rubber plantations, and cardamom plantations. Check in at the hotel in Munnar. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Munnar sightseeing
Exploring Munnar post breakfast. Visits of the day: Kundala Lake, Eravikulam National Park, Nallathani, Pothamedu, Top Station, Devikulam, Rajamalai, Marayoor Dolmens, Maattupetty, Pallivasal, Kundale tea plantation, and High range club. Overnight at the premium resort in Munnar.
Day 3: Thekkady sightseeing
After breakfast Proceed to Thekkady . Checking in at the resort in Thekkady. Periyar wildlife sanctuary Boating is the highlight of the day. The tour includes lake cruising and witnessing the wildlife species of the sanctuary based on your luck. Animals that can be seen include elephants, spotted deer, Indian gaur, barking deer, wild boar, etc. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 4: Houseboat stay at kumarakom
Check out from the hotel at Thekkady and proceed Kumarakom by road. Checking in at houseboat after arrival. Cruising in the houseboat for rest of the day. Cruising sights include – coir making, rustic homes, swaying coconut trees. Overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 5: Cochin sightseeing and departure
After breakfast checkout from houseboat and proceed to Fort Kochi for sightseeing. Day at leisure and sightseeing in Fort Kochi and shopping as per your flight timings.

Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Periyatra package.
The remaining 50% must be cleared before the commencement of the journey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to travel will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date.
Itinerary Changes
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, roadblocks, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
Any additional costs arising from changes in the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.
Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the journey.
Travelers are advised to carry necessary medical supplies and ensure they are medically fit before undertaking the journey.
Travel Documents
Travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) for verification during the journey.
Any personal documents required for travel entry must be submitted on time.
Accommodation and Services
Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis in pre-booked hotels/camps as per the itinerary.
Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, or optional activities will be borne by the traveler.
Liability
Periyatra and its representatives will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury during the journey.
Travelers are advised to have their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies and loss of belongings.
Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances, Periyatra packages may be altered or postponed.
Travelers will be informed promptly, and adjustments will be made accordingly, without any compensation for delays caused.
Code of Conduct
Travelers must adhere to a respectful and disciplined behavior during the journey.
Any inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
Photography and Media
The use of personal cameras or photography equipment is permitted, but travelers must obtain prior permission for professional filming or photography.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding the smooth operation of the journey, itinerary adjustments, and services will be at the discretion of Periyatra and its tour leaders.
